When you subscribe to the MN Campus Alliance E-Newsletter, it will ask for your name, email address, and several other identifiers to send you monthly E-Newsletters and periodic E-Blasts to updated you on MN Campus Alliance events, programming, and happenings, as well as relevant events in the community at large.
It collects this information to gain a clearer picture of the communities it serves and to more accurately describe the coalition of students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members from across the state when it applies for grants and other assistance.
All messages sent by the MN Campus Alliance include information at the bottom on how to unsubscribe through an automated system. If this does not work, you may ask to be removed by emailing email@example.com. Upon unsubscribing, the MN Campus Alliance will permanently delete your information from its records.
The MN Campus Alliance will never share, sell, lease, or exchange your information with any other organization. Its email and subscriber lists are located securely to protect your information from getting into the hands of others.
If someone from within the MN Campus Alliance has been found to violate your privacy, appropriate discriplinary action will be taken.
